After five years of attending the High Point International Furniture Market week as an observer, part-time showroom worker, guest, and feng shui reporter I have caught the bug! This weekend Oct 13 through Oct 18 the city I live in gets between 30,000 and 40,000 or more visitors from out of town. They are furniture and interior design professionals looking to buy and press professionals looking to report industry trends. I’m hoping my fine art paintings will appeal to interior designers and market attendees who may want to purchase some art for their personal pleasure. The Art By Katy space is in Market Square Suites in the Made in America pavilion number 1-407. Come on by to say hello if you’re at market!
