It’s the late billionairess Nina Wang of Hong Kong who wore pigtails and little girl clothes despite qualifying for AARP by decades. Nina’s fortune was over $4Billion—no wonder everyone was fighting over it, including her feng shui master, Tony Chan. The court ruled in favor of the charities that Nina’s 2002 will benefited.
