I like the feel of the home in this pic. It brings the outdoors in with the atrium plantings, has a good balance of yin/ yang energy (the globe light fixture is yin), and all of the elements seem well represented here. It’s on the market for nearly $4M. However, one of the recent owner’s came to a tragic end while owning this house (although he didn’t die here). This would be a very interesting case study to do a feng shui analysis and try to gain insight into what happened to Heath Ledger.
