BTW, I asked one of the staff if the mansion had any ghosts. She seemed surprised I would ask but confirmed that there had been sightings. Her husband, a former employee at the B & B, said he had seen what appeared to be a barefoot slave in burlap pants down in the basement (this would predate the mansion which was built in 1915). Some of the maids have seen a woman on the upper 3rd floor. Still others have witnessed odd goings on in the kitchen, most notably a fry pan that lifted itself off the counter and an ice scoop that kicks itself across the floor! Stay on the second floor. I can vouch that Room 205 has no ghosts. :-)
